Integrity Title of Volusia, Inc. began serving the Central Florida area in January 2004. Maureen Day, the owner, has been working for real estate attorneys in the area since the mid 1970s. As a forty year resident, she brings more than 20 years of extensive legal real estate knowledge to this company. Integrity Title is licensed and bonded with the State of Florida. We can give you the confidence you need when it comes to insuring your property’s title. We are proud to represent LandAmerica/ Commonwealth Title Insurance Company as our exclusive underwriter. Not only a well-established nationally known company but one that is constantly expanding in the most secure way possible.

Integrity Title provides a range of services in connection with the sale, purchase, 1031 exchange and refinance of real property throughout the state of Florida. Our issuance of title insurance policies provides secure coverage for an owner’s or lender’s investment in the property. Our escrow department acquires the necessary signed documents for collecting and disbursing the required funds to complete the sale or refinance of property.

Our office is conveniently located in the The Beville Plaza in South Daytona. We will conduct closings in our office or at your office at our customer’s request. We also offer evening closings and Saturday hours as well. Integrity Title believes the key to providing excellent service is to have a superior staff as well as flexible one.
